Window tracks are the channels that allow windows to slide open and close, while window sills are the flat surfaces at the bottom of windows on the interior of the home. Usually sills are wood but both can collect dirt and debris.

What a fantastic question! Windows with grids are available in a variety of styles! The newer designs can be found with the grids nestled between the double-paned glass, or you can opt for the charming older style that features grids between the glass, creating the look of multiple panes or smaller rectangular sections. Just a little note—those lovely touchable grids do take a bit more time to clean, so they do come with an additional charge.

While we don’t remove any previously installed guards on or in your gutters, when we come out for a gutter cleaning, we’ll happily brush off any debris from the cover or guard to ensure water flows freely into your gutters. If you're experiencing some water overflow, don’t worry—there could be a couple of reasons for it! Sometimes, birds or other little critters find their way into the gutter system and may build nests near the downspout, which can block the water flow. Whatever the issue, our team is fully equipped to identify and resolve it for you!

We do still offer traditional squeegee and brush method if that is your preference.
